Yes. Most NHS orthotic services encourage their patients to seek repairs privately. We can only repair NHS footwear to the exact same specification.

Can Liverpool Orthotics repair my orthotic insoles?

Yes. Liverpool orthotics can repair any orthotic insoles by replacing top covers and liners. We can also offer advice if the insoles are beyond repair. It is good practice to have a review of your feet every 2 years. Liverpool orthotics provide a custom made insole service including a biomechanical assessment.

What is the process of having my footwear repaired or adapted?

Simply organise a time to drop your footwear into one of our clinics and discuss the repairs with our orthotist. Then a suitable date can be agreed to collect. This is normally 7-14 days.
